PADRES Contra El Cáncer, a non-profit organization committed to improving the quality of life for Latino children with cancer and their families, held their annual El Sueño de Esperanza (Dream of Hope) Gala on September 6, 2006. PADRES National Spokesperson and Event Chair, Eva Longoria, welcomed celebrity guests and industry executives to the 'Desperate Housewives' Wisteria Lane set at Universal Studios, Hollywood for the black-tie fundraiser. Billy Bush served as Master of Ceremonies for the event.
