The interior of the Beverly Hills Hotel is quite a treat, this is the entrance lobby. I guess you could call it tropical art deco. Whatever it is, I am a big fan of art deco and I love it!. The hotel originally opened in 1912 and just about anybody who is anyone has stayed here. Here's just a few names: Judy Garland, Charlie Chaplin, Rudolph Valentino, Spencer Tracy, Katherine Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, Henry Fonda, John Wayne, Howard Hughes, Marlene Dietrich, Clark Gable, Joan Crawford, W.C. Fields, Lucille Ball and on and on it goes.
